This website is an informational resource about the Avantr protocol and the AVN token. It describes what we are building and publishes the tokenomics set out in our whitepaper.

It is not a financial service, an exchange or a brokerage, and nothing on it is personalised advice.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to sell securities or investment products in any jurisdiction.

Token allocations, roadmap milestones and financial projections are estimates and subject to change. Do your own research and speak to your own professional advisers before participating in anything.

Digital assets are volatile and carry a real risk of total loss. The price of AVN can fall to zero. No return is promised or guaranteed, and no exchange listing is promised or guaranteed.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys and devices. Transactions on a public blockchain are irreversible, and we cannot recover tokens sent to a wrong address or lost to a compromised wallet.

Laws on digital assets differ by country and change often. You are responsible for knowing whether your participation is lawful where you live, and for complying with any tax or reporting obligations that follow. Do not use this site if doing so would breach the law that applies to you.

Any official AVN contract address or sale link is published on this domain. Treat an address or a sale you found anywhere else as fraudulent until you have checked it against this site. We are not responsible for losses to impersonation, fake presales or counterfeit tokens.

We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that it is complete or up to date at any given moment. The whitepaper and this site may be updated without notice.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Avantr name, logo, site design and written content are ours unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to this site with attribution. You may not present our material as your own, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

This site links to third parties, including our social channels and the whitepaper. We are not responsible for their content, their security or their privacy practices.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
